Step 1. Connect With Us
Contact us here with a message to let us know what you have in mind.
For example:
What vehicle(s) do you want included (make, model, year, color)?
Where would we do the photoshoot - Indoors, outdoors, public or private location?
Would you like to add people into the picture?
Are you looking for one hero shot, or a montage with some details?
Where will the image(s) be displayed - Study, Family Room, Office?
Looking at the space we can help decide on the best size and wall arrangement.
Step 2. The Consultation
We'll discuss how your project can come to life and answer any questions or concerns you have.
(Yes, we are officially licensed, commercially insured and professionally certified)
We may want to see the vehicle, or scout the location and lighting at the planned time for the session.
Next we'll determine the best date, time and place for the photography session.
We are together on a journey and want to make sure we cover all the requirements and avoid surprises (vehicle and foot traffic, active railroad tracks, animals, parades, weather etc...!)
Step 3. The Photography Session
Once we have arrived at the location we'll compose the vehicle for the shot.
If there's a sunset or sky possibility we'll set up before sunset and wait for the light.
If it's clear we may be able to capture the starry night after the vehicle is photographed.
The photography session typically runs from one hour up to a total of 2-3 hours.
We will take dozens of exposures to characterize the vehicle and not miss anything.
It's a fun process to watch, and you can even get involved.
Step 4. Computer Magic
Once the image capture is completed the work of of blending and editing them into the final artwork on the computer begins - this process can take a few days to a week, or more for complicated projects.
The resulting image will be shared as a proof.
The artist signature, size and location is optional.
Corrections can only be made before the image is ordered.
Step 5. Proofing and Printing
Once the draft is approved we can confirm the size, material, finish and price for the print.
Metal prints are a favorite way to show off the artwork, and framing is available.
Finish options include high gloss, or satin if the print will be prone to reflections.
Delivery generally takes 2-4 weeks, to be confirmed after the specifics are finalized.
Hand delivery is available depending on distance.
After that? Sit back and enjoy your story on the wall!
